Ready At Five was founded in 1992 in response to the first national education goal, “all children will enter school ready to learn,” Ready At Five remains firmly committed to ensuring that all Maryland's children enter school ready to succeed.

Ready At Five is a statewide, public/private, 501(c)3 non-profit partnership and a powerful, independent voice for young children.
