Ready At Five does not accept any phone or fax orders. 

For orders submitted online and paid with a credit card, processing takes 3-4 business days before shipping. For orders mailed into our offices, processing takes 8-12 business days from receipt at Ready At Five offices before shipping.

Shipping and Handling

The following shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders:

• Up to $24.99 add $3.95
• $25.00 to $49.99 add $4.95
• $50.00 to $74.99 add $6.95
• $75.00 to $99.99 add $8.95
• $100.00 to $149.99 add $9.95
• Over $150 Add 9% of the net order

A receipt will be included with all shipped orders.

Ready At Five ships via UPS Ground in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped at an additional charge via UPS 2nd Day. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so please make sure you include a complete street address. Orders shipping to PO boxes will be sent via U.S. Mail.

Returns

If for any reason it is necessary to return publications, please call 410.727.6290. The following return guidelines apply:

• Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
• A restocking fee of thirty percent (25%) of the total value of items returned will be deducted from your invoice.
• Only un-used print products can be returned.
• Videos and CD-ROMs are returnable only if defective.
• Posters and other public awareness or promotional material can not be returned.

No telephone registrations will be accepted. Confirmations will not be sent for mailed registrations; the cancelled check or purchase order will serve as your receipt.  Individuals who register online will receive an email confirmation. 

Cancellations

If you needed to cancel your registration, please contact Ready At Five (ra5@mbrt.org or 410.727.6290).  All individuals who register for an event are expected to pay the full registration costs. NO refunds will be issued.  However, Ready At Five will make every effort to accommodate a substitution, if notified at least 2 full business days in advance. Event materials are only distributed to those who attend the event.

Inclement Weather

If schools are closed for inclement weather in the jurisdiction where the event is to be held, the program will be rescheduled. If schools have an inclement weather delay in the jurisdiction where the event is to be held, the program will be delayed.
